The role: Reporting into the CEO, you will lead growth through net new and organic new business for Digitas - building our teams, agency profile, and growing overall digital group revenue across the brand, and within Publicis Groupe. The Head of New Business will increase top of funnel net new opportunities and lead conversion of new business and organic growth across Digitas and Publicis Groupe. In this role, you will spearhead growth for the agency, driving best-in-class work and new business opportunities. You will create and implement a sophisticated new business methodology and partner closely with the CEO to create brand fame and lead the development of commercial and contractual agreements. This is a target-driven role, requiring you to forge strong new-business pipelines, commit to new-business targets and create and build opportunities in market to deliver on these targets. Key areas of responsibility: Attract and lead net new pitches and new service offerings across Digitas pitches and Publicis Groupe cross-brand pitches. Partner with the CEO, leadership teams, and client service leads of Digitas to create growth and revenue through organic opportunities that exist across Publicis Groupe. Spearhead the new-business development strategy for Digitas, targeting and leading new business conversion on an agreed upon conversion rate. Manage combined reporting on new business and organic opportunities. Lead and work collaboratively with agency teams on organic growth and new business, creating a culture of trust, transparency, equality and growth. Tap into global Publicis Groupe resources on best thinking and practice. Curate sophisticated new-business strategic initiatives to facilitate new growth opportunities. Build a cross-brand growth unit to co-ordinate new-business efforts across Digitas and Publicis Groupe. Create a long-term business strategy for the transformation of Digitas to be one of the largest agencies in the ANZ market. Amplify the profile, reputation and presence of Digitas, through thought leadership and award wins. Lead strategic client growth plans and ensure delivery through client teams. Build and maintain strong partnerships with current and future clients at senior leadership level. The person we are looking for has: 7+ years of experience in growth/senior leadership roles, preferably within a digital/CX agency, tech, or marketing-driven environment. Proven track record of scaling businesses, driving new revenue streams, and building high-performing teams. Vast experience managing and responding to RFTs and RFPs, with a demonstrated ability to produce winning proposals aligning with client needs. Strong understanding of CX, CRM, commerce, digital marketing, and business development. An excellent new business network with proven success in leveraging connections to unlock new growth opportunities. Strong presenting skills - ability to engage clients, help lead pitch presentations and drive meetings with senior clients and stakeholders. A data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of key metrics and growth performance. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. You know how to pull people together - guiding, inspiring and working collaboratively with agency teams. Experience managing senior client relationships and high-value accounts. Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to fast-changing markets. A passion for innovation, creativity, technology, and creating outstanding customer experiences.
