With operations across Australia and internationally, a rare and exciting opportunity has emerged for a Head of Procurement and Supply to lead and optimise procurement across the business. This strategic senior executive role is responsible for the end-to-end source-to-pay cycle, supplier relationship management, contract governance, and supply chain risk mitigation. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency, you will drive best-in-class procurement practices while building and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a best-practice procurement and supply strategy across all sites Lead a high-performing team to achieve cost savings, supplier performance, and risk management objectives Drive data-driven decision-making to identify cost and efficiency opportunities across the supply chain Align procurement processes with sustainability goals, including emissions reduction targets Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure compliance with procurement policies Build and nurture strong supplier relationships while engaging with key internal stakeholders Oversee inventory and warehouse management to improve efficiencies and reduce costs Prepare board reports and executive presentations for senior leadership What We’re Looking For: Tertiary qualification in procurement, supply chain, or a business-related discipline Demonstrated leadership experience in procurement and supply chain, ideally within the mining, resources, or infrastructure sector Proven experience in contracts negotiation, supplier management, and cost optimisation Strong track record in leading procurement transformations and process improvements Exceptional commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Commitment to safety, governance, and risk management principles Why Join Our Client?
