We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director/Head of Product and Specialist Presales to focus on sustainable revenue growth through the development and delivery of leading and inspiring products to the market. What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian You will have experience using data and insights to inform product development with the ability to understand and address client needs. Leadership: You will lead and inspire teams, managing multiple simultaneous projects, and drive results. Agile Expertise: You will have experience managing product owners and development teams in an agile environment, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and best practices. Industry Knowledge: You will have a deep understanding of the commercial credit and/or financial services industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements. Small Business: You will ideally have experience with or understanding of the small business economy and entrepreneurship. Work that matters - What you'll be doing Leadership: You will lead and mentor a team of product owners and sales specialists, fostering a culture of client-oriented innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Product Strategy: You will develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with market needs and overall company objectives. Agile Management: You will empower your team of product owners in an agile environment, ensuring effective sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative development. Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product launches. More about you Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the commercial credit or financial services industry. Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. This is a key role in: Solving market and client problems and exceeding client expectations. Driving a brand for thought leadership innovation in the market. Ensuring the right investment and prioritization of resources at the right time.
