In this pivotal role, you'll shape our country-wide quality initiatives by leading a diverse team to drive Quality Improvement efforts and reduce the Cost of Non-Quality in partnership with Domain Leaders and Process Owners. Additionally, you'll champion Customer Satisfaction across Thales Australia’s portfolio. Working from either our Melbourne office in the World Trade Centre or our Sydney HQ, your role purpose will be: Lead Quality Improvement initiatives and reduce the Cost of Non-Quality in collaboration with Domain/Business Unit and Functional Leaders. Champion Customer Satisfaction across Thales Australia’s portfolio. Drive Continuous Improvement of the Management System while maintaining ISO9001 Certification. Enhance the organization’s Quality Capabilities and Continuous Improvement Culture across all business areas. Improve internal customer experience and elevate senior leadership awareness of QA contributions. On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience, and behaviours: Strong leadership experience with a customer-centric focus. Solid understanding of quality and process improvement principles. Strategic influencing skills to drive improvements across the organization. Ability to articulate a vision, mobilize teams, and achieve strategic outcomes. Dedicated to addressing customer needs and enhancing service quality. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork. Numerate and analytical, proficient in Business Intelligence tools. Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent qualifications. Lean/Process Improvement certification. Preferred qualifications in Data Science or Business Intelligence.
