Highlights: Leadership + individual contributor role with lots of autonomy and opportunity for impact Work closely with the two ambitious and dynamic cofounders Deliver and continuously optimise our go-to-market strategy, including direct sales and channel partnerships Lead a motivated and passionate team of AEs and partnerships managers in Australia and the UK Work with us at our office in Sydney and embrace our flexible working approach Thrive in and contribute to our culture of inclusivity, transparency, humility and a passion for solving humanity's greatest challenge Benefit from the success you help us build through a competitive salary, commission + generous stock options What you’ll do: Direct Sales Strategy & Execution: own and optimise our direct sales strategy to acquire SME customers Channel Partnerships Strategy & Execution: Work with the Founders & partnerships managers to develop and implement a partnership strategy Revenue Optimization & Performance Tracking: Continuously analyze sales performance, unit economics, customer acquisition costs, and conversion metrics Manage and grow the sales team in line with forecasts and budgets Help drive product strategy by enabling feedback and collaboration with the Product & Engineering team Be a thought leader for Trace: leverage LinkedIn to build your network of potential buyers and partners What we’re looking for: 7+ years experience in B2B (ideally SaaS) business development / sales / partnerships, ideally in a startup At least 2 years’ experience managing a commercial team Proven knowledge of acquisition and sales principles and practices in a SaaS / B2B environment Ability to attract, empower and coach A+ talent to deliver strong results Track record of meeting (ideally exceeding!) sales targets Experience tracking and optimising sales metrics Resilience, creativity and willingness to get your hands dirty Excellent communicator who can successfully help clients understand the benefit of Trace How to apply: Please email including: Your CV Your LinkedIn profile Why you think you’re well suited for this role Your current work status and availability Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
