The Posture Doctor Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic team and help us make a positive impact in our community. About Us The Posture Doctor Chiropractic is a state of the art chiropractic clinic in Busselton, dedicated to improving our patients' health, posture, and quality of life. We focus on providing Corrective and Wellness Care in a modern, welcoming environment that includes in office x-rays and Insight Scanning Equipment. Key Responsibilities Patient Support: Greet patients warmly, assist with check-ins, and ensure a seamless experience throughout their visit. Communication: Provide excellent customer service in person, via phone, and email, including scheduling appointments and following up with patients. Promotions: Assist in promoting clinic services, creating and managing marketing campaigns on social media, and supporting patient reactivation initiatives. Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, maintain clinic schedules, and handle billing and payments efficiently. Technology Use: Utilize clinic management software, social media platforms, and other digital tools to support operations and promotional efforts. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computers. Experience or interest in marketing and promotions is a plus. Highly organized with attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is an advantage but not required.
