Maurice Blackburn, experience you can count on. About The Role We have an exciting full-time, permanent Health Relationship Manager position available in our Melbourne Victorian Injuries team. This role will drive initiatives that enable our law practices to grow their business and provide legal services to more Australians. You are dynamic and results-driven in your business development endeavours and have a passion for driving growth. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, with a focus on identifying and nurturing new partnership opportunities, particularly in the health and allied health sectors. Drive the implementation of Road and Work team’s Business Development strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader organisational goals. Oversee the creation and upkeep of communications materials, including publications, website content, and intranet updates, in collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing teams. Contribute to the planning and execution of Business Development events. Partner with health organisations to explore and develop innovative collaborations that enhance community health outcomes. Provide comprehensive administrative support and coordination to Leadership where required. The Experience We Are Looking For Experience working in the health sector. Proven track record in business development, sales or marketing. Experience working in a high-volume work environment. Administration experience. Desirable that you possess existing connections within the health sector. Demonstrated ability to learn software packages and systems. Ability to adapt to different styles and build rapport with people at different levels. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities and attributes. Well-developed communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal) in liaising with internal and external clients. Strong time management and organisational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
