At FedEx, we’re seeking a Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Auditor who will play a key role in maintaining and improving our “Safety Above All” culture across Australasia. What You’ll Do As a valued member of our HSEQ team, you’ll take ownership of critical initiatives designed to enhance safety, quality, and environmental standards: Audit Leadership: Plan and execute integrated internal risk-based audit programs, including ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001, as well as Comcare Self Insurance Prevention Audits, ensuring compliance across multiple sites in Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand. Actionable Insights: Develop and present comprehensive audit reports with findings and recommendations, driving corrective action plans to completion, manage HSE performance reporting for FedEx Australasia, monitor compliance to systematic programmed activities provide trend analysis on incidents, actions, root causes to drive preventative initiatives and outcomes. Risk Reduction: Provide expert advice to stakeholders, reducing safety, environmental, and quality risks while aligning with industry best practices. Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external bodies to ensure successful audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Monitor assurance programs and inspections, ensuring all stations meet the highest standards of safety and quality, and participate/lead projects at a local and regional level as required. What You’ll Need to Succeed This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a passion for operational excellence and stakeholder engagement: Experience: 3+ years as an ISO auditor, with a proven track record in HSEQ audits and compliance. Education & Certification: Tertiary qualification and lead auditor certification in at least one ISO Management System Standard (quality, safety, or environmental management). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively present audit findings and engage with diverse stakeholders.
