Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Advisor - Corporate Be the First to Apply Job Description The Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Advisor at DP World – Oceania will support the HSSE Manager by focusing on HSSE performance analysis, risk reduction projects, and the development and management of the HSSE Management System. Key responsibilities include conducting training, scheduling assurance activities, and providing reporting and analysis. Key Accountabilities: Prepare HSSE reports and provide Systems administration support for Group HSE and Group Security applications. Identification and management of HSSE risks by working closely with operating entities and management teams. Implementation of training for HSSE related subjects. Undertake Risk Assessments and support verification, development and management of risk controls. Maintain dedicated HSSE SharePoint site. Develop HSSE communications to promote HSSE. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Tertiary Qualifications in Health, Safety and Environment (Degree/Diploma) or equivalent. Cert IV in WHS. Experience in logistics, supply chain operations or in heavy industrial environments. Experience in undertaking reporting and data analysis of health, safety and environmental data. Knowledge of HSSE and statutory requirements. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work, balancing resources, skills, priorities and timescales to achieve objectives. Experience in integrated management systems and understanding of certification requirements. Eagerness to learn and ability to gain an understanding of operational aspect of a high-risk industrial environment. Minimum two years’ experience in a HSSE related role.
