About the role Reporting to the VIC State Manager, you will support the 5 branches across Victoria to provide strategic safety leadership and operational support to the InfraBuild Recycling business. Working closely with the VIC management team, you will be responsible for building capability through coaching and supporting leaders in safety processes and systems as well as operational processes. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the delivery of business safety goals and leaders in safety systems and processes, including the delivery of Safety training Developing and recommending strategies and initiatives for safety plans to further improve performance Evaluating the performance and maintaining compliance with the InfraBuild Recycling Safety Management System Facilitating the implementation of compliance with the Safety Management and Environmental Management Systems Doing site visits, risk management, incident investigation and managing Incident reporting Assisting with the business planning for the alignment and deployment from Recycling Safety plan to QLD Ensuring that the Branch Managers have yearly safety goals and are trained and aware of all systems and processes You are experienced in managing a complex organisational environment and are highly skilled in building strong internal and external relationships. To be successful in this role you will have: Diploma or Degree in OH&S is necessary and or experience in similar role Previous industry experience (manufacturing, scrap metal, mining, heavy engineering, transport, logistics) Great communication and analytical skills Cert IV in Training and Assessing, desirable Cert IV in Frontline Management, desirable Experience in Cority, desirable Key Benefits Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to all employees.
