DOF is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated HSEQ Lead to join our team in Perth. This role will be based in Perth, Australia and report to the HSEQ Manager - Asia Pacific. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and requires an immediate start . As the HSEQ Lead, you will provide essential leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the APAC HSEQ team. To be successful in this role, you will form close and collaborative relationships with the teams to promote and monitor safe offshore working practices. You will have experience leading a team, the development of, or implementation of Safety Cases within the Australian regime, experience in the offshore industry and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, providing input into tenders regarding company systems and records along with the development of HSEQ budgets for project proposals. You will lead investigations, develop and implement audit plans (regional and Project), and ensure the HSEQ policies, manual, and plans are effective and fit for purpose. You will also ensure that Project/operational HSEQ KPI’s are set and monitored in line with regional and global KPI’s, with management reports established and provided, ensuring the HSE risks are captured and controlled. Requirements Demonstrative experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations, and best practices Lead Auditor Lead Investigator or similar Degree within OHS/E or equivalent Trainer and Assessor (desired) Marine knowledge and experience Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrative experience with conflict management and the ability to negotiate and influence Experience in the development of, or implementation of Safety Cases within the Australian regime High level of computer and database experience and proficient in Microsoft Office suite Who we are At DOF, what we do is as important as the way we do business – our operations are safe, legal, and ethical, everywhere we do business.
