Role Overview: As a Health & Wellbeing Advisor at Norco, you'll be at the forefront of promoting health and wellbeing, preventing workplace injuries, and ensuring effective injury management and return-to-work processes for injured workers. This is your chance to make a tangible difference in a supportive and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Injury Management : Lead early intervention and workers' compensation processes. Training & Coaching : Empower managers and supervisors in injury reporting and management. Strategic Planning : Drive WHS improvements and compliance with legislation. Data Analysis : Review and analyse injury reports to inform strategic decisions. Legislation Updates : Stay ahead of changes in workers' compensation and WHS laws. Initiative Development : Plan and implement wellbeing and injury management initiatives. External Coordination : Manage pre-employment medicals, workplace assessments, and more. Accident Investigation : Determine causes and corrective actions for workplace incidents. Qualifications & Experience: Accreditation : NSW Workover Advanced RTW Coordinator. Education : Degree in Health and Rehabilitation, WHS, or related field. Experience : Proven track record in injury management, return-to-work coordination, and workers' compensation. Knowledge : In-depth understanding of WHS and workers' compensation legislation in QLD and NSW. Skills : Strong investigative and mentoring abilities. Why Norco?
