Health and Wellbeing Manager: • Parkville, Melbourne location• Friendly and supportive team environment• Flexible work options available About the Role: This is a Part-Time ongoing position at 76 hours per fortnight within the Workplace Health and Safety Department. You will oversee the delivery and implementation of The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) Staff Health and Wellbeing Strategy and the RCH's Staff Wellbeing Program, through promoting best practice initiatives and processes to support the mental, physical, and financial health of RCH staff. You will support the RCH's safety-first culture and encourage staff to utilise tools to improve and maintain optimal health and work-life balance. What you'll achieve: Lead and implement the RCH Health and Wellbeing Strategy including analysis and evaluation of all project initiatives, promotional events and activities supporting the strategy. Provide support to the Wellbeing, RPP Team and line managers in planning and implementing wellbeing initiatives. Prepare reporting on key milestones and performance indicators, specifically provision of monthly reporting on the status of the Health and Wellbeing Strategy. Classification for this position will range from AO71 - AO75 (base salary $111,103.20 to $121,274.40 per annum, plus superannuation). Your skills and experience: Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or significant relevant industry experience in a similar role (Health and Wellbeing Manager) (minimum 4 - 6 years). Proven extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in managing staff, including leadership, performance. Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of a Health and Wellbeing Strategy and the delivery of health and wellbeing and cultural change programs. Other requirements: Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain. Valid Working with Children Check. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain. Compliance with RCHs 'Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases' procedure.
