Healthcare Operations Lead - Warrnambool - Lead Group This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a highly efficient and supportive team environment within a medium/large-sized facility located on the beautiful South West Coast of Victoria. The internal structure includes two Clinical Managers, one responsible for Quality and Education, another for operational leadership. The team also comprises Rostering Officers, AN-ACC Support, 24-hour RNs, and Care Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for staff leadership, infection control, supporting the Facility Manager in operational leadership, documentation control, and overseeing person-first care.
