Healthcare Operations Lead - Dennington - Lead Group Located on the beautiful South West Coast of Victoria, this is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a highly efficient and supportive team environment within a medium/large-sized facility. The internal structure includes two Clinical Managers - one responsible for Quality and Education, another for operational leadership. The team also comprises Rostering Officers, AN-ACC Support, 24-hour RNs, and Care Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for staff leadership, infection control, supporting the Facility Manager in operational leadership, documentation control, and overseeing person-first care.
