Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced and versatile machine operators to join our growing and dynamic team. As a Multi-Skilled Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery and equipment, including but not limited to: Excavators Rollers Heavy Rigid and Heavy Combination Trucks Key Responsibilities: Conduct pre-start checks on machinery and equipment Liaise with site supervisors and customers as needed Read and interpret plans and specifications Ensure compliance with safe work practices and procedures Secure loads and maintain a clean and organised work site Demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile and take pride in your work Collaborate effectively with other team members and communicate clearly Requirements: Proven experience operating a range of machinery in a civil or construction environment Valid licenses and certifications, including:White Card Excavator Ticket Bulldozer Ticket Roller Ticket Heavy Vehicle License Experience driving vehicles with a road ranger gearbox preferred Strong understanding of safe work practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills How to Apply: If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role with Garbett's Excavations, please submit an application on our website: We look forward to hearing from you!
