About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join the team based out of our Sunshine West Depot. As a dynamic, family-run business, we are an industry leader in the AU Logistics Industry with a strong focus on people, safety and forging long-term business relationships. As a result, we are experiencing rapid growth within the business and are seeking enthusiastic and qualified workshop technicians to support our continued phase of growth. Roster Monday to Friday, every third Saturday required. 7.00 am - 5:00 pm or 8:00 am - 6:00 pm shift times. Attractive Salary + Weekend rates + Super + Weekly pay cycles. Skills and Experience Trade qualifications in Automotive Mechanics (Heavy Road Transport) are essential with demonstrated work experience as a Mechanic or similar. Knowledge of Kenworth Trucks will be held in high regard. Experience with the maintenance of fuel trucks and trailers (highly desirable). Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised whilst maintaining a safe work area. Proven culture of safety, understanding hazard identification and risk assessment process.
