Help Desk / IT Support Officer AND Facility Officer One of our federal government clients is seeking to engage Help Desk / IT Support Officer AND Facility Officer candidate for Brisbane location. Please note: Candidate must have Australian Citizenship, Baseline or higher security clearance will be preferred. Extension term: 6 months Location of work: Brisbane Working arrangements: Onsite Job Overview The Senior ETG & Facilities Officer role is a hybrid position supporting a scope of work across two branches: the Corporate - Property & Security section and the Enterprise Technology Group. The duties include providing high-quality, responsive, and timely 1st and 2nd level IT support to members and staff, as well as managing facility programs to ensure that environments are fit for purpose and meet the aims of the Tribunal. Key Duties and Responsibilities Service Delivery: Provide high-quality, responsive, and timely 1st and 2nd level IT and Facilities support to members and staff of the ART. Ensure adequate coverage of Service Desk functions onsite as required. Provide well-informed advice and guidance on day-to-day operations around accommodation, property, facilities, security framework and procedures, Work Health Safety (WHS), and asset management. Delivery and Stakeholder Management: Foster effective working relationships with internal and external ART stakeholders. Liaise with external service providers regarding support arrangements, procurement, invoicing, and project tasks as required. Advice and Education: Provide technical advice regarding internal ETG and Facilities procedures. Maintain appropriate documentation of IT, Property & Security related issues and procedures. Facilities Management: Project manage fit-out adjustments and refurbishments, and serve as a contact for outside authorities. Prepare and finalize business proposals, requests for quotes, evaluations, contracts, and other corporate documents. Minimum Requirements Demonstrated experience in customer service support and incident management. Proven capability in systems installation and application support. Strong experience in facilities management. Qualifications Academic qualification (degree, postgraduate) in technology and/or aligned qualifications. Vocational certification in facilities management. Vocational certification in modern technologies (e.g., Agile, network, cloud, platforms).
