Work with high-end clientele and gain premium market exposure in the prestige property sector The Role: Step into a Monday–Friday role, managing a well-maintained portfolio of 240 luxury properties (mostly apartments), all leasing for at least $1,000 per week and within walking distance! With a dedicated Leasing Consultant and Accounts team for support, your key responsibilities will include:Liaising with landlords & tenants to provide top-tier service Overseeing repairs & maintenance with a proactive approach Managing arrears and ensuring smooth rental payments Conducting ingoing & outgoing inspections with detailed condition reports Handling rent & lease reviews to maintain portfolio value Preparing bond claims & attending tribunal hearings when required The Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 3 years experience in a Senior Property Management role.
