Job Description
The Company High-end luxury home builder that's won a number of HIA awards. Have been in business for over 10 years. Specialise in architecturally designed new builds, renovations and extensions. About The Role Foreman / Site Manager to manage high-end home builds. Projects will range in value from $3m to $5m. Will be expected to run projects from demolition / formwork stage to completion. Project locations will be in the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West such as Bellevue Hill, Bondi, Kensington, Marrickville, Glebe, Camperdown etc. Salary between $140,000 and $150,000 plus super. Duties Site management of internal and external trades and subcontractors. Quality assurance. Reading and interpreting architectural plans. Scheduling trades. Ordering materials. Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required. Site progress reports. Site inductions and toolbox talks. WH&S compliance. Skills & Experience Relevant building qualifications - Carpentry trade required (Certificate III Carpentry). Experience of managing high-end architectural residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions. Ability to manage stakeholder relations. Good communication skills. Good IT skills.
