About Us: Wardle Construction specialises in delivering Form/Reo/Pour packages for architecturally designed, high-end residential projects in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore & Inner West. We’re a medium-sized, down-to-earth team committed to quality, safety and a positive work environment. As we grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, approachable leader to join our team. The Role This role is ideal for a seasoned multi-site manager with a background in formwork, steel, fixing, concreting and leading teams. Reporting to the Projects Director, you’ll oversee multiple sites, lead a team of 4 exceptional supervisors and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.Day to Day Responsibilities: Act as key contact between Projects Director, supervisors and teams onsite Oversee multiple sites to ensure timelines, safety and budgets are met Guide and mentor supervisors, while maintaining a focus on team development Confidently interpret and work with architectural and structural drawings Resolve issues onsite quickly and ensure minimal delays Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors Ensure accurate reporting on site progress and safety compliance What we're looking for Strong hands-on formwork experience and knowledge of WHS practicesSkilled at reading architectural and structural drawingsA natural leader who communicates effectively and inspires their teamExcellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approachProfessional, approachable and invested in personal and team growth Preferred : a trade qualification or construction management background, plus 5+ years in the construction industry Why Us Work-life balance – enjoy your afternoons & weekends!
