ITS Bar Skills Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia We are primarily looking for a Facilitator to deliver our short 2/3 day Bar Skills course at various venues around the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. We need someone who has real industry experience in either hotels, clubs, and restaurants, with a focus behind the bar areas. You need to be great with a younger aged class base and be keen to want to transfer your skills to our students. There will also be a need to train in RSA and RSG as part of this program. Expect to be training approx 4 days per month. Responsibilities Delivering the Food Safety unit, as well as RSG and RSA Delivery of our one day on-site bar skills introductory course Have your own vehicle and be prepared to travel around Brisbane and the Gold Coast Qualifications The successful applicant will be working on a contract basis and must have the following: TAE Cert IV (with LLN) (must have) Experience delivering this type of training Minimum 2 years of recent club or hotel experience (including behind the bar) Certificate III in Hospitality RSA RSG Industry experience within the last five years You will have had 12 months experience delivering Hospitality training and be fluent in the content of the material and have a sound understanding of RSA laws and compliance. The candidate will also need to have their own reliable car. No weekends but may involve some nights.
