About the Role We are seeking a passionate, client-focused leader to join our shared living team, supporting homes across the Northern Beaches. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support while leading and mentoring a dedicated team to drive impactful change, ensuring client choice, empowerment, and goal achievement. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team to deliver high-quality services and supports to clients in the portfolio, generally across 1 or 2 houses. Build strong relationships with clients, their Circle of Supports, and the team to enhance client planning, goal achievement, choice, voice, and decision making. Support the Shared Living Operations Manager to deliver the regional plan and achieve performance outcomes across client engagement, staff engagement, client planning and outcomes.
