House and Land / Land Acquisition Manager We are a national property and construction firm committed to innovation and excellence, experiencing remarkable growth. As we expand, we are actively looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team. We supply market leading house and land packages to both the channel and home buyer market and have cemented an influential position within our key markets. The Role: Maintain and grow established relationships with land vendors, developers and agents Identify new markets and relationships with land suppliers in line with sales strategies Lead negotiations on exclusive land access through Put and Call agreements, purchases or other arrangements Produce fixed price building contract prices including client requests, Developer and Council requirements and site conditions Work closely with the Sales team to ensure the continued flow of opportunities to meet company sales KPIs Regular interstate travel will be required About you: Established relationships with land vendors – particularly in Southeast Qld is a must Hungry. We have big plans and need you to deliver them Creative. No two days are the same and the ability to think on your feet is critical Independent with the ability to work autonomously. Whilst the head office is in Melbourne, this role could be fulfilled from either Melbourne or SEQ Remuneration will be in line with experience How do your skills match this job?
