The Opportunity Delaware North Australia now have multiple positions available to lead our teams in both the Housekeeping & Cleaning department at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. Available roles include Housekeeping Team Leader & Cleaning Team Leader. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are able to communicate effectively to both colleagues and guests, and uphold a high standard of attention to detail by following departmental policies and procedures. Monitor team performance and delegate tasks Monitor stock control of mini bar, cleaning products and linen Supervise, train and upskill employees Ensure WH&S procedures are adhered to Inspecting rooms to ensure they have been cleaned to a high standard More about you Strong knowledge of the Housekeeping and Cleaning industry Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or Houseman position Proficient in Microsoft Office and good computer literacy skills Excellent communication and ability to lead and motivate a team Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Who we are Mindil Beach Casino Resort is the leading entertainment destination in the Northern Territory, offering over 600 gaming machines, exciting table games, and diverse dining options.
