The Opportunity Delaware North Australia is hiring full-time Pit Managers to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Pit Manager, you will be passionate about our guests and industry, supporting our high level of service excellence by maintaining efficient operation of the gaming floor and building relationships with guests. Monitor table updates and pit results, informing the Casino Shift Manager of any significant results on the tables Report any discrepancies or irregular activities from the floor to the Casino Shift Manager Resolve and record table disputes, incidents, and violations Maintain table floats, ensuring fills and credits are placed on designated tables Organise team member rosters and breaks More about you Strong experience in table games, preferably in a leadership capacity Certificates in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling Ability to obtain and maintain a NT Casino Operatives Licence Skills in leadership, multitasking, attention to detail, speed and accuracy Skills in computer literacy, numeracy, literacy, and written and verbal communication Who we are Mindil Beach Casino Resort is the leading entertainment destination in the Northern Territory, offering over 600 gaming machines, exciting table games, and diverse dining options.
