About The Role As a Room Attendant or Public Areas Attendant at The Old Clare Hotel, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming and memorable environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and care will ensure that every space reflects the warmth and charm we’re known for. Your responsibilities will include: Keeping guest rooms and public areas pristine, ensuring our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Offering warm and genuine service to our guests, whether it's recommending the best local coffee shop, or offering a friendly hello. Being proactive and attentive, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Upholding security procedures to ensure the safety of our guests' rooms and personal belongings at all times.
