What is a Housing Support Officer? (The role) Our Central office in Haymarket has a fixed-term, part-time (21 hours per week) Housing Support Officer vacancy. The role's primary purpose is to provide administrative support and backup to the Housing team to ensure consistent quality service delivery to our customers, and assist to maintain accurate records and reporting. The priority for all Housing staff is customer-centric, keeping positive outcomes for our tenants as the end goal in every action. What does a day as a Housing Support Officer look like? Adhere to our Customer Standard Charter and service level agreement to ensure fantastic customer service outcomes Support the Housing team to meet their goals and targets, acting as a backup for Housing Managers during leave or absence and providing excellent administrative support Support the Leasehold Coordinator to place people in appropriate housing through rigorous searches of the rental market, attending inspections and securing properties for rent Support the team to meet regulatory and compliance obligations in tasks such as property and customer records Drive performance within a KPI-driven environment Stay on top of relevant legislation and implement where required Be diligent in our digital systems and maintain excellent documentation and accurate records in our different IT systems Represent Bridge and promote their Employer Branding within the industry Who are we looking for? We’re looking for highly organised individuals with strong attention to detail and able to quickly and effectively learn and use different digital systems. They will thrive in a highly regulated, compliance-driven working environment. They also need to be willing to obtain a Criminal Record Check.
