Job Description

Opportunity: A new opportunity to head up the HF function as the HF Director for the East Coast (SYD/QLD). Culture: Boutique but big enough to deliver. Diverse and equal but acting as one team. Flexible and trusting. Expertise: Rail and Aviation projects nationally. Objective: Support the MD and lead the HF function in fulfilling their deliverables and further developing and growing the HF function. About you: A tertiary qualification in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Systems Engineering, Organisational Psychology or a related field. Have a strong understanding or experience within HF Engineering, HF Integration, HF Assurance, Systems Engineering, and Change Management. In addition, knowledge of relevant HF standards, Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (OHS Act) and Rail Safety National Law and Regulations. Minimum of 10-15+ years' experience in the application of HF methods and knowledge in one or more of the following industries: rail, aviation, resources, energy, mining and/or resources. Experience in delivering and influencing HF and change activities to meet project and business outcomes, particularly in the delivery phase of HF and systems integration activities and with respect to requirements management.
