HR Advisor Duties To Perform Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee journey—from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Talent Acquisition Lead: Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, provide hiring tools and resources, discussing salaries, promotional opportunities, and terms and conditions of employment. Culture & Engagement: Work with leadership to design and implement programs that promote company values, employee engagement (Employee Engagement Committee) and participation, retention. Performance & Development: Support managers in performance management, career development, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. Operations: Maintain employees records and HRIS data up to date. Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company values, policies and procedures, legal compliance, awards, collective agreements, wage payment systems. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on HR best practices and trends to ensure the company remains innovative and efficient in its people practices. Experience and Key Personal Qualities Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or Human Resources or related fields. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR lifecycle management. Understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships across all levels. Ability to drive initiatives that foster a positive company culture and support business growth. Previous studies of or exposure to the EU local practices preferred. Duties Of Retail Manager Determines product mix, stock levels and service standards. Formulates and implements purchasing and marketing policies, and sets prices. Promotes and advertises the establishment's goods and services. Sells goods and services to customers and advises them on product use. Maintains records of stock levels and financial transactions. Undertakes budgeting for the establishment. Controls selection, training and supervision of staff. Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
