Your Role As a part-time Human Resources Administrator, you’ll play an important part in supporting Australia’s Army. You’ll get to apply your administrative skills adding the challenge of military duties and exercise to your everyday role. You’ll be responsible for providing advice in regard to conditions of service, policy, legislation and regulations. You’ll also support peers and commanders via in-service Information Systems. Whether you’re preparing administrative and operational documents, processing allowances and claims or maintaining maps and logbooks, the skills you’ll develop in the Army Reserve are simply unrivalled when compared to any civilian role. Eligibility: For this role, you must: Be at least 17 years of age when you enter the ADF Have completed an Australian Year 10 education (or equivalent) with passes in English and Mathematics Be an Australian citizen. Be reasonably fit and healthy. Keeping fit is a big part of joining the ADF. You’ll need to pass a physical fitness test before you join, but don’t worry, we'll give you tips to help you prepare.
