Perseus Mining is seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Administrator to join our growing HR team. This role will provide administrative support across pre-employment, onboarding and all HR generalist administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR activities. Reporting to the Manager, People, this role will involve: Supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, including pre-employment checks, onboarding, posting job ads, conducting reference checks, coordinating interviews, and preparing employment agreements. Assisting with all HR administrative duties, such as maintaining corporate and expatriate employee personnel files, drafting employee letters (i.e., contract extensions, transfers, change of conditions, remuneration reviews, terminations, etc.), and updating employee changes in SAP SuccessFactors. Identifying and addressing issues related to pre-employment and onboarding, including discrepancies and inefficiencies. Using data to generate and maintain key HR reports, such as monthly updates. Updating HR templates as required. Managing the Recruitment and HR inbox, in addition to maintaining various registers. Compiling the HR Monthly Report. About you While a qualification in Office Administration or HR would be advantageous, it is not essential. We are primarily seeking an individual with a proactive mindset, who enjoys supporting a team and delivering high-quality administrative assistance. Our ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated experience supporting a large team, preferably HR. Prior experience facilitating pre-employment and onboarding processes. The ability to actively problem solve and think critically. Interest in using previous experience to suggest and implement improvements to processes. The ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines. Desired Experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Experience in the mining or recruitment industry or supporting an HR team.
