Position Overview As the HR Recruitment Partner (Early Childhood) , you’ll support Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Directors, recruiting managers, and supervisors within Anglicare and ADS. Your mission: lead and optimise the recruitment process, attract exceptional talent, and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. This full-time, ongoing position offers you the chance to blend strategy and hands-on recruitment expertise while contributing to a purpose-driven organisation. What You'll Do Collaborate with ECEC Directors and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and implement best recruitment practices. Leverage online platforms, social media, and professional networks to lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to selection. Maintain recruitment data, produce insightful workforce planning reports, and track key recruitment metrics to shape strategies. Ensure a positive and professional recruitment journey for internal teams and candidates. Review and refine recruitment policies and procedures, keeping pace with industry best practices. Represent Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) at recruitment initiatives and events, promoting our brand and values. What You'll Bring 5+ years of proven recruitment experience, ideally in a dynamic and complex environment. Expertise in interpreting awards and industrial instruments. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. High emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, and energy for recruitment work. Why Join Us?
