As a true generalist, you will provide HR advisory support to managers and employees while bridging both partnering services and HR operational/talent functions.What You’ll Do As our People Advisor, you will:Become a Trusted Advisor by providing timely Level 2 HR advice and support to management and employees. Assist in ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures. Contribute to HR projects, engagement initiatives policy reviews, and workforce planning. Conduct internal investigations adhering to procedural fairness and child safety principles and prepare concise reports with recommendations. Promote organisational values through day-to-day work and support in the development of related frameworks. Provide occasional support for the Talent and People Services Team when needed.
