The role is pivotal in ensuring that HR benefits, policies, and processes meet industry standards and are effectively implemented throughout the Pacific Energy organisation. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Acting as a liaison between employees and management, handling conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment. The role will provide leave cover for HRBPs within the business to support overall employee relations. Policy Development and Implementation: Developing, advising on, and ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Employee Benefits Administration: Assisting employees with benefits inquiries, managing leave requests, and coordinating with benefits providers. Researching and developing employee benefits programs and offerings. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analysing HR data to identify trends, produce reports, and provide insights for decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement in employee data management by reviewing and improving current systems and processes. Actively recommend and implement efficient and effective changes to processes. About You: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field with solid experience in a similar position. Demonstrated proficiency in comprehending and implementing relevant legislation, policies, standards, regulations, and procedures. Excellent skills in data analysis and interpretation to drive reporting, identify trends and emphasise HR matters and areas requiring attention and improvement. Possess experience in onboarding new employees, including managing associated paperwork and ensuring compliance. Exhibit accuracy and attention to detail in handling sensitive information and maintaining records.
