POSITION OVERVIEW The HR and Learning Manager is responsible for overseeing human resources functions while leading learning and development initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Human Resources Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Provide guidance on HR policies, employment laws, and best practices. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters. Oversee compensation and benefits administration. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and industry standards. Learning & Development Responsibilities: Design and implement training programs that support employee development. Conduct skills gap analyses and develop learning pathways for employees. Partner with managers to identify team training needs and career progression plans. Organize leadership development, coaching, and mentorship programs. Evaluate training effectiveness and measure impact on business performance. Leverage technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery. Manage training budgets and external learning partnerships. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR and Learning & Development. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Experience designing and delivering training programs. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze HR metrics and drive strategic decision-making. Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems (LMS). Experience in organizational development and change management. Knowledge of psychometric assessments and talent development strategies.
