About the Role The Group Risk Business Governance & Controls (BG&C) Team supports the end-to-end management of Non-Financial Risk for the Risk Division. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of the I.AM Amplified Program of Work across Group Risk. It ensures alignment with the central program, drives consistent reporting and delivery across workstreams, and supports effective governance and communication. The role acts as the central point of coordination between the Group Risk Division, other Divisions, and the central program, ensuring key milestones, risks, and dependencies are managed effectively. Role Type: 12 Month Fixed Term ContractRole Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week What will your day look like? As a I.AM Amplified Project Manager, you are to: Consolidate workstream reporting and provide structured updates to key stakeholders. Monitor and track Group Risk’s progress against agreed central program milestones, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. Coordinate, monitor, and report on risks, issues, and dependencies across Group Risk’s participation in the I.AM Amplified program. Act as the central point of communication for Group Risk on upcoming milestones, key dates, and any changes from the central program. Facilitate and provide reporting for Steering Committees, Divisional and Group Risk Committees, and act as secretariat for these forums as required. Drive consistency in delivery across workstreams, including maintaining program-level project plans, prioritisation of initiatives, and resource allocation. Maintain a strong connection with the central I.AM program team and counterparts in other Divisions to ensure a coordinated approach. Develop mechanisms for prioritisation of program initiatives, ensuring focus on key transformation priorities. Support the uplift of Non-Financial Risk Management across Group Risk by embedding program outcomes effectively into BAU. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Strong project and program management expertise, particularly in large-scale transformation initiatives. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage and influence. Experience in financial and milestone reporting, tracking program health, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Ability to effectively coordinate multiple workstreams and drive consistency across program delivery. Strong understanding of governance and reporting requirements within a complex corporate environment. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills to engage effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies within a large program of work. Sound understanding of Non-Financial Risk Management principles and frameworks. Ability to work autonomously while ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives. Knowledge of NFR management, particularly the integration of data governance into operational and enterprise risk frameworks. Ability to establish, build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and influence/negotiate change with senior stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
