Join us to drive identity and access management projects, bridging security needs with technology. About the Role Define and manage business, functional, and security requirements for IAM solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement secure, effective access management processes. Oversee solution design, system integration and user training to ensure seamless adoption. Duties As an IAM Senior Technical Analyst, you will: Gather and define IAM requirements, including security, workflows, and data structures. Design, document, and manage “as-is” and “to-be” processes and system integrations. Develop product backlogs, user stories and testing scenarios. Coordinate with teams to ensure system build aligns with security and business needs. Oversee go-live activities and provide post-implementation support. Lead user training and support change management during the transition period. Skills & Experience Minimum 6 years in Information Technology, preferably 3 years in Identity and Access Management domain Experience with medium to large (3,000+ user) organisation Experience in Agile Project Delivery, preferably as a Scrum Product Owner Full understanding of user access lifecycle and authentication processes. Strong skills in user access data analysis, role mining and role design Strong skills in business process design, implementing business process change and conducting training sessions Strong skills in tools (Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and ALM) Familiarity with information security risk management and information security operations Familiarity with technical concepts, products, and architecture (e.g. Okta, Sailpoint, ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, OpenConnect ID, SAML, SCIM, RDBMS, Mulesoft, and/or PAM) Culture We know our strength comes from the diversity of our people and would encourage people with different experiences and backgrounds to apply.
