30000feet is a dynamic company specializing in the development of FreightTracker, a cutting-edge product that manages transport jobs, container freight, general freight, warehousing, and many integrations with external systems. We are a fast-moving team, who treat our clients as partners so enriching the client's business with excellent software is our primary focus. We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join our Integrations Team. As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our integrations and APIs. Former developers are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Development Requests: Take high level integration requirements from the client and convert to clear technical ticket/s for a developer. Project Management: Facilitate and prioritise customised integration projects, including project meetings with clients and inter team communication. Documentation: Update or create user and/or technical documents to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing within the team. Integration Testing: Conduct thorough testing of integrations between FreightTracker and various external systems, using various transfer methods, to ensure seamless functionality and data integrity. Support: Third level customer support where code investigation is required. You will have the ability to use the system to replicate issues reported by the customer. Ticket Management: Utilise Zoho Desk and Jira to manage customer tickets and collaborate with developers to resolve issues and prioritise tasks. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have the following: API Knowledge: Strong understanding of APIs and other data transfer methods, including experience in testing, setting up, diagnosing issues, and ensuring compatibility with external systems. Experience: In Postman or equivalent Testing Methodologies: Familiarity with software testing methodologies, including creating test plans, executing test cases, and reporting defects. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, developers and other team members. Problem Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues efficiently. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge: Of transport and/or warehouse industry or systems would be considered an advantage.
