Role Overview ACC is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled ICT & AV Support Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day operation, management, and development of the College’s ICT infrastructure and audio-visual (AV) resources. This role supports the College’s mission to provide quality, Christ-centred education through efficient and reliable technology services for both staff and students. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the support and maintenance of the College’s ICT Network, including hardware/software troubleshooting and managing the BYOD laptop program for students (Years 9–12). Provide technical support for live streaming, video editing, audio mixing, and AV equipment management for College events. Manage and maintain AV systems across classrooms, the hall, and specialist areas, including projectors, sound systems, and public announcement systems. Support staff and students with training and technical assistance on the use of educational technologies. Handle HelpDesk support requests and provide timely resolution to ICT and AV issues. Procure, install, and maintain ICT and AV equipment as required. Collaborate with the ICT Manager and other staff to integrate technology into teaching and learning. About You: A committed Christian, active in your local church (pastoral reference required) and in full agreement with the College’s evangelical Statement of Faith. Demonstrated experience in ICT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance, and AV equipment management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students. Familiarity with live event technical operations (e.g., sound mixing, live streaming) is an advantage. A positive, professional attitude with a problem-solving mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development. Experience in a similar role (1+ years) and relevant qualifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CERT III in Live Production) desirable.
