You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our application ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration, proactive support, and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery for the communities that we support. We Are Looking For Someone Who Will Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team – Supervise, mentor, and grow our skilled ICT applications team, fostering collaboration and professional development. Shape and Manage Our Application Portfolio – Oversee application strategy, integrations, and lifecycle management to ensure strong alignment with our business needs. Drive Innovation and Business Improvement – Support strategic ICT projects, assess emerging technologies, and implement solutions that enhance our operational efficiency. Enhance Security and Compliance – Lead and apply best practices for data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate and Influence at a Leadership Level – Work closely with the ICT Operations Manager and leadership team to design and execute a robust strategic ICT roadmap that supports Centacare’s long-term vision. About You You’re at a pivotal stage in your ICT career, either a team leader or senior developer/analyst looking to step into a management role , or a seasoned ICT applications manager seeking a purpose-driven organisation where you can make a real impact.You have a strong foundation in applications development, configuration, and implementation , with a track record of leading small teams of developers or business analysts . You thrive in a collaborative environment, working across business units to deliver technology solutions that deliver real value to our staff and the community.Beyond your technical expertise, you are a natural leader with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team . Your strong communication and interpersonal skills allow you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, making complex technology solutions accessible and actionable. What You Bring To The Role Proven experience leading and developing ICT professionals, with a passion for fostering growth and collaboration. Technical expertise, hands-on experience in applications development, management, and delivery, with a deep understanding of industry best practices. Ability to oversee the full lifecycle of applications, from strategic planning and integration to proactive maintenance and upgrades. Strong ability to bridge the gap between ICT and business functions, ensuring that applications enhance efficiency and service delivery. Experience working with third-party vendors, designing, configuring, testing, and implementing enterprise application solutions. Skilled in planning, budgeting, and managing resources effectively within complex environments. Exposure to community services, not-for-profits, or government sectors is an advantage, along with familiarity with CRM, Case Management, HR, Financial, and Data Reporting systems.
