RFQ Details: ID: LH-02101 Closing Date: Friday, 14 March 2025 11:59pm, Canberra time Client Information: Department: Department of Industry, Science and Resources Contract Information: Start Date: Tuesday, 01 April 2025 Initial Duration: Until 30 June 2025 Extension Term: 6 months Number of Extensions: 2 Maximum Number of Candidates per Seller: 2 Role Information: Experience Level: Manager - EL1 equivalent Location of Work: NSW Working Arrangements: HybridBased in North Ryde and Lindfield Remote work may be negotiated within defined parameters Maximum Hours: 40 hours per week Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and/or maintain Baseline clearance Job Details: Position: Manager Coordinator Service Delivery Department: Chief Information Officer Division (CIOD), Department of Industry, Science and Resources Key Duties and Responsibilities: Lead ICT desktop service delivery projects, ensuring effective implementation Provide hands-on technical leadership on complex infrastructure and desktop projects Troubleshoot and solve technical issues while leading a geographically dispersed team Work independently and liaise with stakeholders, including Lab Managers, Project Managers, and technical teams Maintain and enhance desktop infrastructure while ensuring compliance with cyber security controls, including ISM, OWASP, and Essential 8 Criteria: The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one-page pitch to address all criteria specified. This is equal to 5000 characters. Essential Criteria: Experience (30%) - Minimum of 5 years experience as an ICT Desktop Service Delivery Lead and/or technical leadership role on complex projects Technical Leadership (20%) - Expertise in triaging, problem-solving, and leading a geographically dispersed team Stakeholder Engagement (20%) - Ability to work independently and build productive relationships with key stakeholders Infrastructure and Security (20%) - Solid experience with desktop infrastructure and strong understanding of cyber security controls (ISM, OWASP, Essential 8) Communication (10%) - Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical design solutions with clarity Desirable Criteria: Experience working in federal government ICT and/or with science organisations Proven track record of delivering high-quality service to clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
