Workforce Team Leader – Community (Annual Leave Coverage) The next step in your career! A rare opportunity has arisen to perform higher duties from 28th April 2025 to 20th June 2025 , ideally for one of our already amazing frontline workers, to grow your career into leadership with ACH Group. You will be joining a highly supportive team who have a passion for our frontline workforce delivering exceptional, professional & person-centred customer care. In this part-time leadership role, you will connect with other teams to enable our community Support Workers in the Northern region to flourish. The role: Drive and contribute to a customer-centric organisation that ensures the customer is at the heart of ACH Group Conduct on-the-job developmental appraisals of workers in the homes of customers Conduct regular communication and training huddles with your team Be responsive to staff requests for assistance Provide feedback, mentoring, and coaching of staff People management, recruitment, induction, and onboarding Ensure the team performs their role in accordance with legislative requirements Management of customer complaints and escalations related to your team Support organisational change and actively contribute to the effectiveness of the Workforce leadership team to achieve organisational objectives, goals, and outcomes About You! Demonstrated experience and passion to lead people Outstanding communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, peers, and direct reports Experience in complaint resolution Skills to use MS Office at an intermediate level; MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word Skills to use a range of databases and capacity to learn software systems quickly As this role requires travel within Adelaide, please note that a driver's license and vehicle are a must.
