The ICT Reporting Manager plays a key role in realising a connected and improved digital health experience for all by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting on technology performance, financials, and operations. This role ensures data-driven decision-making, supporting the optimisation of technology initiatives and enhancing transparency across the organisation. Key Accountabilities & Outcomes The ICT Reporting Manager is responsible for delivering strategic and operational insights through comprehensive reporting and analysis of ICT performance. By ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights, this role supports informed decision-making across technology and business functions. Its key responsibilities are: Product and Technology Performance Reporting Develop and manage comprehensive product and technology performance reports and dashboards, covering financial, operational, and strategic metrics to support product and technology leadership decision-making, planning, and day-to-day operational management. Provide critical reporting of strategic measures of success that our executives are accountable for, ensuring availability, timeliness, and integrity of data. Financial and Operational Analysis Collaborate with the ICT Finance Manager to provide detailed analysis of technology costs, budgets, and resource utilisation to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with the Product & Technology Strategy and Investment Manager to deliver insights that support strategic planning and investment decisions. Collaborate with the Delivery Excellence Manager to report and analyse delivery performance metrics, including delivery timelines, resource efficiency, velocity, and other trends to identify areas for improvement and support continuous optimisation. Collaborate with the Operational Excellence Manager to assess operational performance data, identify process inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights that drive productivity improvements and cost optimisation initiatives. Collaborate with the ICT Procurement & Asset Manager to track and report on vendor spend, contract performance, and asset utilisation, ensuring accurate financial forecasting and effective cost management across technology assets and services. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Work closely with technology leaders, delivery leaders, product leaders, and finance teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver tailored insights. Present complex data in clear, actionable formats for diverse stakeholders, including senior executives. Data Governance and Quality Assurance Working with the enterprise reporting lead, ensure robust data governance practices are in place, maintaining high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting processes, tools, and data quality. Dashboard Development and Management Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights into technology performance. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually engaging, and tailored to meet the needs of different stakeholders, including executives, delivery managers, product managers, and technical teams. Integrate data from multiple sources to create consolidated views of key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting data-driven decision-making. Regularly review and update dashboards to reflect changes in business priorities, technology initiatives, and reporting requirements. Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort in data preparation. Championing Reporting Best Practices Establish and promote best practices for ICT reporting, data visualisation, and performance measurement to ensure consistency and accuracy across all reports. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on interpreting dashboard insights and using reporting tools effectively. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting methodologies, data governance, and analytical capabilities. Act as a subject matter expert in reporting and analytics, advising on emerging tools, technologies, and practices to enhance reporting maturity across the organisation. About you: 5–7 years of experience in ICT reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence roles. Strong background in financial and operational reporting within technology environments. Proven experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with ICT financial management, delivery reporting, and reporting on critical success measures. Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. Healthcare industry knowledge and experience is highly regarded. Has the resilience and energy with the drive to create impactful results with minimal supervision. Confident communication with stakeholders, both internal and external, at all levels of the business. Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field. Certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or ICT reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) are highly desirable. Understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and data governance best practices.
