Deliver projects on time and within budget.Our client is a large and dynamic organisation comprising over 200 parishes located throughout metropolitan Melbourne and extending to include the Bellarine and Mornington Peninsulas.The Role As the ICT Senior Project Lead, you will be responsible for implementing ICT Projects that drive the Diocese's digital transformation. Your role will document business processes, enhance IT operations, and ensure the successful rollout of projects. You will collaborate with team members across the Diocese to improve project delivery, internal communications, and information technology.Key Responsibilities: Deliver strategic IT goals and ensure the department aligns with broader organisational objectives. Lead ICT projects, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and go-to-market activities. Manage the project team, fostering a positive environment, building morale, and aligning team efforts with the Diocese's vision. Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of systems for internal communications and document management. Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries in a timely manner. Lead the implementation of new IT systems to enhance the client experience. Assist in developing and enforcing security policies to protect data and assets. Contribute to the development and review of the ICT Strategy, identifying trends and opportunities. About You To be successful in this role you will have:Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 10 years of comprehensive experience in the ICT industry. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Power BI, MS Dynamics). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an in-depth understanding of data management processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience in managing projects and developing a project management ethos. Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, gaining the confidence and respect of senior members. Prior experience in Project team leadership and development.
