The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Systems and Network Administrator to join our ICT team at Agilitus! In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering ICT solutions across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of ICT, you’ll ensure that all support and delivery processes meet our business needs while fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your Responsibilities IT Systems Management Manage the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and all associated portals/systems such as Entra, Azure, Intune, and Exchange. Manage the server, storage, and backup including design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and resolution in a timely manner. Manage networking hardware along with wireless equipment, switches, routers including design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and resolution. Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of all ICT Systems and Network Infrastructure. Implement routine systems maintenance procedures, coordinate and approve all systems updates, upgrades, and patches. Disaster Recovery and Security Manage, maintain, and test an effective disaster recovery plan. Monitor the performance and availability of IT infrastructure and Cloud-based solutions to optimize efficiencies and security. Technical Support and Issue Resolution Serve as the final escalation point for technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Ensure all requests for support are tracked using the service management tool. Strategic Planning and Procurement Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure systems and infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements. Management of licensing and hardware procurements. Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts. Who Are You? We are seeking a candidate with 6+ years of ICT experience and high-level knowledge of Microsoft platforms. The ideal person will have expertise in system and network monitoring, Windows 11, Windows Server, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal. They should understand Windows Server fundamentals (AD, DNS, DFS, Group Policy) and have knowledge of SharePoint Online and MS Teams. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. A tertiary qualification in computer science, information management systems, or another IT-related degree is desirable.
