ICT Vendor and Contract Management Specialist Our Client is seeking an ICT Vendor & Contract Management Specialist to join our Procurement team. This senior position will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, improving contract compliance, and driving value across our ICT procurement activities, with a focus on the organisation's largest and most critical vendors. Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with business-critical ICT vendors and ensure compliance. Develop and implement vendor management strategies and tools across all ICT suppliers. Provide guidance to teams to improve vendor management practices and outcomes. Oversee high-priority contracts and manage relationships with critical vendors in both projects and BAU. Establish and improve vendor KPIs focusing on service quality, efficiencies, and cost reduction. Key Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in ICT procurement and vendor management , including large budgets. Expertise in contract management , vendor relationship management , and performance improvement. Proven ability to manage Cyber Security vendor programs and ensure compliance.
