Your opportunity: As our valued Number Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth handling of number-related processes, supporting efficient operations and delivering a great service. You'll draw on your organisational skills and attention to detail to manage requests, handle issues, and oversee number-related tasks that ensure systems run smoothly and meet customer needs. You'll make an impact by: Processing Pi tickets – requests such as reconnections, vanity number requests, post-Port fault tickets, general enquiries, etc. Processing emails in the inbox such as porting escalations, MVNO reconnections, industry updates or escalations, etc. Managing number allocation, number quarantine, number audits, daily reports, etc. Taking reasonable care of your own safety and wellbeing at work, and avoiding adversely affecting the safety and wellbeing of another person at work. Looking for ways to improve work processes and suggesting better methods to exceed customer expectations. Planning your work and being ready to take advantage of opportunities and risks in our ever-changing industry. Protecting the brand, reputation, and profitability of TPG by maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information assets and systems. Familiarizing yourself with policies and procedures, and completing any associated training as communicated or made available. What you’ll bring: Experience: Minimum three months (past probationary period). Siebel: Must have a good working knowledge of Siebel. Excel: Basic/introductory level knowledge. Ability to work independently and proactively. Good communication and interaction skills with colleagues and internal/external customers. What's in it for you?
