The Candidate: Our ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with tenants, landlords, and vendors. A Real Estate Certificate or License is essential, along with access to own car and driver’s license. Previously industry experience is highly desirable. The successful applicant will also possess:A positive & energetic personality. Immaculate personal presentation. The ability to work both autonomously and in a team. Proficiency with Inspect Real Estate (IRE), Property Me & Inspection Express software is highly desirable.
