As the Administrative Officer (Level 3), you will be responsible for responding to a range of enquiries (in person, over the phone and via email) providing accurate information and referring these enquiries in an effective and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining record management systems, and monitoring and evaluating admin processes, systems and procedures to improve efficiency. A Little About Us. Bulli Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, provides inpatient, outpatient and allied health services, as well as the Urgent Care Centre, for the northern Illawarra. The Urgent Care Centre provides treatment for minor injury and illness. The nurse-led model of care enables patients to be seen and assessed by specialist nurses who, in consultation with medical teams, deliver treatment and management plans for patients. Situated just a short drive from the stunning Bulli Beach and the scenic Illawarra Escarpment, the hospital not only provides essential health services but also offers a tranquil and beautiful environment for both patients and staff.
